Hobart City Mission Op Shop Howrah
One of Hobart City Mission's op shops, this one on Rokeby Road over on the city's eastern shore at Howrah. It's a well-run community thrift shop — the usual rotating stock of secondhand clothing, homewares, books and bric-a-brac — with takings going to the Mission's welfare work across southern Tasmania. Open six days a week and handy to the eastern-shore beaches, it's an easy, good-cause browse for anyone who likes their op-shopping with a bit of luck of the draw.
