Chapel Street Bazaar

Chapel Street Bazaar fills a long, narrow building at the Prahran end of Chapel Street, running back from the street through room after room of stallholder-run sections. Sixty-odd individual dealers share the floor — vintage clothing, mid-century furniture, ephemera, jewellery, records, deco and art deco pieces, oddities. The format is wander-and-find rather than search-and-buy; the rent on the door is what makes it work, not the website (there isn't one). Open seven days. 217-219 Chapel Street, Prahran.
